some of them are
YORK UNIVERSITY
CONCORDIA UNIVERSITY
MCMASTER UNIVERSITY
UNiversity of regina
there are plenty,just search on google or have a look on this www.4icu.org/ca it is a complete list of unis in canada.Just search for your intended course and the start dates.

well maximum universities have closed the admission for january. just depends on the course you are looking for
