Undertaking Application - Proof of Eligibility Letter

Hi all,

My partner is sponsoring me (outland) under the family sponsorship class.

We have submitted federal application, received sponsor approval and passed medical.

We sent off the Quebec undertaking application a few weeks ago as we thought we had all the necessary documents since receiving sponsor approval (included sponsor approval letter)

However we have just received another letter:
-Confirming sponsor approval again
-Confirming which visa office the application has been forwarded to
-Stating that we should now submit the Quebec undertaking if needed

I realise now that we were supposed to include this letter with the undertaking application rather than the initial letter of sponsor approval.

Has anyone else made this mistake?
Do we need to re-submit full application with the second approval letter?
Is it a possibility that we need to wait for undertaking application to be returned to us (due to 'incorrect' documents) and then re-submit?

I'd hate for this to delay our application further..

i have this exact same case..what was the result for you ? did you got the CSQ ?
