Understanding GCMS NOTES

Hello everyone,

I've found this forum very helpful for any questions related to Canadian immigration. I also have found some more answers to GCMS Notes. I just received my friend's GCMS Notes for his refusal. I don't understand one thing there. I would be very thankful if someone could help me understanding the gcms notes.

One main thing that I don't understand is "Beijing Review". Please help me for this. What is beijing review?

The most substantial part are the Notes, which is at the end if the document. That’s all you need to understand.
