Undergaduate study with advance standing

kindly tell me if there is any course available in any college in canada having advanced standing for me. I hv done 3 yr Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engg. & having IELTS score overall= 6.5, L= 7.5, R=7.5, W=5.5, S=5.5. also tell me any college whose requirement for Bachelor Degree is overall 6 or 6.5 but accept minimum 5.5.

veer same mara vang tari profile u of regina vich UG Vich apply kar ma v keta . Mara v diploma hai computer engg. da mare v 6.5 band hai mara signture dakh below . And ik hor gal ma v rejected hai pur jaldi apply kar sep2013. Ja koi hor gal puchne hai ta massage kar de.
