Under graduate express entery

Hello folks
My friend who dropped out in final year from Delhi university,did not cleared his final year two exams . He does not have any diploma or degree but have 4month vocational course of CNC operator and have experience of 10 years in CNC job age 40 ,if he manage job letter mean to say Lima is he eligible for express entey. His ILET score is over all 6.

I have been to consultants all saying one needs to gather 67 points to enter pool. With Lima done means 600 , check with CRC calculator he scores 750.

Yes - he needs to have at least 67 points under FSW to qualify. How many points does he have under the FSW system?

With no degree or diploma, age 40 and with average English skills, he stands no chance. Tell him to forget it.

Folks it's right no degree . My concern is that without 67 points if CRS is above 600 with job offer what next then.
