i been working in canada for four years and returned back to India for good. I have 436 points. when if i get an invitation, should i been continue to work in Canada (under canadian experience class )and if not will i disqualify ! experts plz help. The reason i ask because some one shared that, immigration sometimes calls up the employer to make sure they work there. is it true? since i am not working there anymore...is it going to be a problem to file for PR?

Did you mention that you are currently working in the same company in your application?

If not, you are fine as long as you can show proofs for the period's mentioned in your employment history.

If CIC calls, they will ask if you WERE an employee during that period.
