I have a complicated case.
After I applied in EE, I had changed my country and job.
Last year, I had received OINP nomination, I was getting all my documents ready
However my IELTS expired, and before I could update the new IELTS score, my profile was made inactive or something.
So I had to create a new profile, with my new score etc.
but now to get my OINP nomination transferred to my new profile, OINP is asking for rejection letter from CIC.
the rejection letter from CIC seems is sent only by post, and not by scanned copy.

and apparently, cic sent the rejection letter to my previous country address. I received this email from them, asking to update new address.
I did that, but i have not received any confirmation nor the rejection letter.
what should be my next step ?

please assist.
