There are few questions on the application that i am unclear of
1. If I am sponsoring my girlfriend under common law partner, does she have to provide a marriage certificate if she is married and has not been divorced?
2. There is a question on the application asking if theperson who is sponsoring has been charged with criminal offence? Does that apply to any criminal charge?
3. At what point can my girlfriend start attending LINC english classes? Someone told me that a confirmation of appliction in process status is enough
I tried to get a hold of immigration representative on the phone but it seems like they are extremely busy and i was unsuccessful
