If student worked unauthorized, is it a total of 6month ban from applying again from a study visa?
Or IRCC adds every 6months to give a total ban from applying for a study visa?
For example, if person worked unauthorized for 3years would the ban be 36 months? ie 6x6=36
Would company get in trouble?

Unauthorized work is a single ban of a six month period. So six months total. Of course unauthorized work can also significantly reduce your chances of a temp visa being approved in the future.
