I've received an ITA recently but I have a problem with my spouse.
We don't live together but we are still married.
There is a high chance that she will refuse to provide information for PR form and get the PCC and pass the medical exam.
I'm not sure I have enough time to get the divorce due to COVID.
Do I have any other options?
