Hello everyone! One of my friend is about to submit her app and just came across an issue. She is applying as husband unaccompanying but her Husband has a rejected Japanese visa stamped on his passport

Does she have to mention that or can she skip that altogether considering her husband is unaccompanying atm? Would there be any issue if she do so?

The husband is still required to fill out all forms and submit all documents even if non-accompanying, so yes, it will have to be stated. Failure to do so is misrepresentation and can result in refusal and a 5 year ban.
