hello guys,
ok so first of all, my eligibility is passed since June 2024, and i'm currently in security check since July 2024, I ordered my GCMS notes in February 2025. and I noticed a specific sentence by my officer:
****Unable to verify CRS points claimed for language proficiency****
what does it actually mean? it seems like he or she did not count the 50 point of additional french points of french stream for me (I'm in the francophone category)
after this note I was requested 2 ADR about my funds, then eligibility changed to completed in my tracker.
should i be worried about the "not counted CRS points" claimed for language proficiency??? it just seems weird.... they have only counted 359 points for me!!

Does anybody have a clue?
Assume you included your French language test results with the submitted application and the results were valid?

Yes I included both IELTS and TEF results..
And can you confirm you took the right tests (IELTS general and not academic, TEF Canada)?

What was the date of that officer's note and the date of your language test? Maybe it was expired and the officer was not able to verify that.
