Unable to upload IMM571E Form online for Canadian visit visa

Hello, I am applying for Canada visitor visa online

I uploaded all the required documents , but I am not sure how to upload form IMM5713 : USE OF A FAMILY MEMBER REPRESENTATIVE FOR ONLINE APPLICATIONS

It says I cannot save any text in the form, but can only print it.

Do I need to fill the form, print, sign and upload the pdf document back? or I have to use some pdf writer to enter the information in the form.?

My friend saved the information in IMM5713E form through some method but when I tried to electronically sign the application giving my First and last Name it gives following error:

The name, date of birth or country of birth you entered for your signature does not match the name you entered in your Online Application. To submit this Online Application, the names must match. Only the applicant can electronically sign this Online Application.

It seems the system is unable to read IMM571E form this is my guess

please suggest any help would be appreciated

IMM5713 should be filled,signed, printed and scanned.The electronic signature at the end of the application should be the main applicant and not you.

The only document that must remain as is IMM5257. (it must be filled out and validated (Bar code Generated)

it needs to be signed by all required parties. you can then scan and upload
