When applying for my work visa to Canada I was unable to upload both of my police certificates. I uploaded one of them which got approved and I then got a message saying that I must upload the other. The IRCC website did not allow me to do so. I have both physical copies of the police certificates and my visa has been fully approved online on the IRCC website. I am wondering what to do if I am unable to upload this document.
