During my soft landing, the immigration officer told me to fill up my Canadian address (where PR card would be delivered) online. However, the online form does not work (keeps saying it did not recognize my details). I am now back in the US and don't know how to contact IRCC. Can anyone help? Is there any helpline number I can call from the US?
