Unable to send language cert in given deadline ! need help from lion or pmm

Hello ! lion & PMM

I've got AOR from Sydney on 8 feb 2010. and took IELTS exam on 10 aprill. I couldn't get enough points from IELTS. I've got just 8 points from IELTS.I need 4 points more. I did DELF A2. Now I have planned to give TEF exam but there is no date in this month it is only avilable on may 20 and result may publish on june 20. my deadline to send 2nd document is june 8. now plz suggest me what should i do ? is it possible to send my document and ielts cert to CIO stating TEF result will send on june 20 ,after publishing the TEF result. Does they accept my request ?

You can only try, but here is what CIC says about extensions

"A) Requests for extensions

The FSW application kit [IMM EG7000] informs applicants “visa offices are strictly enforcing the 120 day rule and will not provide extensions.” In addition, applicants are informed clearly and unambiguously of the documentary requirements and the timeframes for submissions to the visa office. The FSW kit states:

Consult the Visa Office specific requirements now to determine what documents you will need to provide ... If you are not prepared to submit full documentation to the Visa Office within 120 days do not apply now.

Applicants are given notice from the outset that if they are not prepared, they should not apply. Applicants who follow this notice should be able to meet the deadline.

If I send my documents and they are not agree with my date extension then does my application fees return back ? and one more question , if I send my documents with TEF exam registration receipt,may be they will consider me. Is it possible ?

If the package is opened and is incomplete, then mostly likely it will be refused. At this point as it has been processed, you won't get a refund.

now what should I do ? shall I withdraw my application or I'll send the documents along with my TEF registration slipt. please give me advice. I'm in confuse about it ?
