Unable to see two or more certificates diploma or degree option while mentioning ECA

Hi

Unable to see PGDM option which is higher than Bachelor degree and lower than Masters while updating in express entry profile.

Bachelor Degree

PGDM This option is not coming express entry profile.
|
Masters

Kindly let me know if anyonce faced similar issue and how it was resolved.
