Unable to migrate one key account to My Ontario account

I have received an invitation to apply to the OINP’s Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream. To submit an application, we need to login to OINP's e-filing portal and then we need to migrate one key account to MyOntario account. However, this migration is not happening. It says our one key account information is not available.

But we can login into one key portal. please advise how to submit the application in response to the invitation we received to apply to the OINP’s Employer Job Offer:

Hi, I am facing same problem, I emailed them and called them several times, what we are supposed to do? the deadline is coming too fast and I have only a few days left to submit my application to OINP. I received an invitation however, during migration, it says "we cannot find a matching key information,..." What we are supposed to do? Please someone help pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

This is the error i got after I entered my one-key ID and password and press Migrate button:
"Sorry, we could not find a match for the information you provided. Please contact ontarionominee@ontario.ca for assistance."
