After exactly 5 months and 29 days, I finally received the long awaited email. I'm very excited! However, they gave me 15 days to send my passport but I'm leaving Sunday on a month long work trip.
The email included an address for me to report if I couldn't meet the deadline, which I did. Also opened a CSE directed at my VO (Mexico). I attached proof of my trip on both.
This was about 4 days ago but I haven't had any answer on the extension and I'm starting to get nervous. How else can I contact them?
