I applied my spouse visa application on 5 April 2017 and on 3rd May CIC sent me email to link ur application within 7 days. Im trying to link my application from that day but it is showing message "Based on the information you entered, we found no application". Please tell me what it does mean. Im already linked or not. One more thing i applied outland. Thank you.
