Hi

I am unable to deactivate my job bank profile. Need your help on this please:
1. Will the option to deactivate appear only if I withdraw my express entry profile?
2. Is the deactivation option appearing only in a particular browser?

Looking forward to some useful information on this. Really appreciate any help here....
 
there is a deactivate button I can see it if u click then you will get a message saying that ur profile was deactivated..
nothing else happens.... I can see it in chrome

Just change your email address to any random valid email id which you are using as a secondary
Than create new account with the same email id which you had mentioned in EE profile
You will Able to create new Id after doing this
 
Thanks a lot. It worked like a charm...
And incidentally, now i can see the option of "Deactivate profile" in my new profile...when I don't need it anymore :P
