Unable to Create Account on Status Tracker for Study Permit Application

I submitted my study application on 17th November, Completed biometrics 20th Nov. Upfront medicals in August. But when I fill the tracker signup form at https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register it doesn't go beyond the first page. It just spins and stop with no errors

I'm sure of the names no middle name, UCI and Application number, no spaces after and no hyphens. Also tried changing date to a previous date using different browsers and network on PC and phone

Don't know what to do again. Please help
