Unable to continue with application after recieving ita

Hello I have received ita in recent healthcare draw, but I am u able to continue with my application as every time I select continue application it shows system error.and that the system is down try again later. What I have searched is that the issue like this never gets resolved and ita eventually expires. Would be helpful for Any guidance that can help? Really worried
