Unable to complete the EE profile, any known technical issues?

Hello Friends,

I have been trying to create my EE profile, however I am unable to complete the profile due to following error.

Section: Personal details
Status: In progress

Each sub-section under "Personal details" is showing "Completed" and even the "Check for completeness" option shows that the form is complete.

I am unsure what could be the issue here, I have reported a the technical issue on the CIC website but no response yet.

Any suggestions on what to do next?

Hello,

I have the same issue. IRCC posted this on their FB page today:

“Some applicants are experiencing issues using the Express Entry Profile Builder and are unable to submit their application. We are working urgently to resolve the issue and apologize for the inconvenience.”
