umbrella/liability insurance?

Is there something like an umbrella/liability insurance in Canada like we have in the US? I wonder if they are as inexpensive as they are in the US? Does anybody know?

Would appreciate if you can share your experience.

They dont have all this Umbrella, shumbrella, canopy insurance. Whether insurance or toothpick nothing is cheap compared to USA

Is this an extension to your liability coverage? Quick google search shows some companies offering it, but the inexpensive portion will have to be confirmed with each company when discussing rates.

In general, insurance in Canada is more expensive than the US, like a lot of other things, so your mileage may vary.
