hi dear readers ,
I was refused student visa extension in uk i left the countery in 28 days i got married in my countery to a canadian citizen i just want to know how this refusel will effect my application for spouse visa as i have to disclose whole story.thanks in advance for your help.

I don't know for sure, but I am going through a similar situation. My fiance in UK is on his 4th and final appeal to extend his student visa. Although he is only 4 months away from finishing his Masters Degree, it looks like the UK is going to force him to leave, and all that work and tuition money will go down the drain.

UK is punishing foreign students because of their own poor immigration policies, and are trying to get rid of as many foreigners as possible. It makes me crazy!

However, you were not deported, you left within your 28 days after being refused the visa, and I cannot possibly imagine that Canada can hold it against you for losing your student status in another country.

If anyone who knows better would please respond, I would also be very greatful for an educated answer.
