could someone please tell me if i need a police certificate if im from the uk im applying for pr from within canada i looked on 1 site and they say i do then i look on a different site today and they say i dont

could someone please clear this up for me

Yes, you need it if you've ever lived in the UK for 6 months since your 18th birthday.

Since that's where you're from, I assume you spent at least 6 months there.

do my kids who are 6 yrs old and 8 yrs old need police certs aswell i ask this coz it says all my family members need to get police certs done

i just finally found the anwser to this question its for over 18s and in some places over 16s
