Good Afternoon

I'm a solid plasterer from the UK with 9 years experience and looking to relocate to Canada with my family, and enquiring if any one knows the best way to get job offer for a temporary work visa.

Ive emailed lots of contractors, most haven't replied but those who have say the canadian government are making it more difficult.

Any help would be grateful.

Just keep doing what you're doing now (i.e. applying to various jobs and contacting contractors) and hopefully you'll get lucky. In order to hire you, an employer must prove they advertised the job and were unable to find a Canadian to hire for the role. As you can imagine, this can be difficult to prove and there are many employers who aren't interested in hiring foreign workers for this reason. But people from outside of the country to get hired. So keep applying and hopefully something will work out.

Good luck.
