UK GP attempting Express Entry

Dear friends,

I am struggling to gain any clarity..
I am a UK based GP with 7 years experience (have the MRCGP and the CCT). I did my MBBS from India.

I am attempting to have Residency via the Express Entry route and eventually plan to explore job options in BC or Ontario areas.

I wanted to ask the following questions:

1. As a General Practitioner/ Family physician my understanding is that my 'level of education' will be 'Masters degree or a professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession'. Is that correct? If yes, then it appears that the ECA shall be for MBBS. If so, then can one claim points for experience as a GP?

2. Can WES or any other organisation issue me an ECA for MBBS or MRCGP or for both? Or does it have to be MCC (through Physiciansapply.ca)?

3. Also I have already contacted the MCC and they say that they can Source Verify my MBBS, MRCGP (Specialist training) and Internship, however for the IRCC/ Visa purposes shall only issue me ECA for the MBBS. Will this be sufficient given the fact that I am claiming points in experience for me being a GP?

Please let me know.
regards
MC

1- MCC is the only place thats acceptable to issue our ECA reports.
2- experience counts from the day you started working as a doctor post MBBS, as long as its full time and paid. That includes your internship.
3- ECA required only for MBBS.
good luck
