Hi all!
I hope you can help me!
I'm a UK national and I have an offer to study an MA at Toronto University. At Toronto they offer a funding guarantee for MA and Phd students (www)artsci.utoronto.ca/current/graduate/funding which includes tuition fees and $15,000. I have been in contact with the faculty that run the course I'm applying to and they have confirmed that this guarantee will apply to the course. What I'm wondering is, would this guarantee suffice the proof of funds needed to gain a study permit or would I need to prove with bank funds on top?
Hopefully you can help because after weeks of googling to no avail, I'm at my wits end with this!

Thank you all,
Valo03 :)

You need to attach the letter of funding from your U o T as Financial Resources.
Meanwhile, you can show up any property if you owe from your parents.
Any Bank Account/ Salary Account of yours or any Docs that show you do possess something other than that proposed funding to make your Visa Apps stronger.

All the best:)
