My Brother is a UK Citizen and working since last 14 years in UK .

He is planning to apply for Canada Immigration Under Skilled Worker Program or Express Entry category

Can you please let me know how much score he needs to get in IELTS exam ?

Did he go to school in the UK? Has he looked whether there are job openings for his specialty? Canada can use family doctors but specialists have problems securing jobs in Canada.
