According to the IEC for the UK you have to be normally resident in the UK to apply see: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/experience_canada_experience/index.aspx?lang=eng&menu_id=7

hi can i not apply for viza online its gonna cost alot to get back to uk and i dont want to get stuck there waiting for my viza is there no way i can get my working holiday viza here on australia i thought it would be easier for a uk citzen with the commonewealth and that if thats not an opition what bout usa does anyone know bout work vizas for there thank u x :'(
