Ugent Issue... PLEASE ADVISE

Hello Everyone!!

Looking some advice from you guys.

36 years old, having bachalor degree in management, and experience in marketing field for about 8 years

Have wife and two children and strong in finance.

I'd like to change my career to a chef, so pursuing some education in Canada in culinary management (diploma) and running my own restaurant after having experience as a chef for 3~5 years in Korea.

I DO NOT intend to immigrate to Canada, I will come back to Korea after education in Canada, and run my own restaurant in Korea.. I really want to challenge for my new life as a chef.

But, I'm afraid that the CIC refuse my student visa since I'm kind of old man and applying for diffrent field from my current job.

1. Get admission in the desired course and wait for LOA.
2. When you apply for visa, include a statement of purpose explaining the switch in your educaiton. You should justify the following:
a. why you don't want to continue in your presently working field?
b. what is special about chef that amaze you?
c. what do you see your career as a chef?
d. why will you return back to Korea?

If you are able to write a precise and strong SOP you can get the permit.
