Hi,

I assume you mean the percentage of Visas approved for people who applied to UCW. Well, the school you are going to has nothing to do with your chances of approval, every case is different and it will depend on the profile of the visa applicant.

The visa won't be approved if the officer is not satisfied that you fulfill the requirements regardless of which school you're going to.

Also, approval rates by university/school is not an information someone in this forum will have access to.

In fact, your choice of institution can impact your application negatively or positively. For UCW, I'll say it's a minus. It's a private program with the majority of the student being international students, plus no one can deny that they have bad reputations among the community. In comparison with a publicly-funded and high-ranked university such as UofT or UBC, the visa acceptance rate would be significantly inferior.

But with that being said, you may also be the lucky one who gets your study permit with an UCW LOA.

Actually, I think you are right now that I read your reply lol.

I agree with the fact that private schools do not have the best reputation, and one might have a more convincing profile when planning to go to a public-funded university.

P.S I went to a private school lol
