The UCI number under my EE profile seems to be in this format CAN0000***** and its 12 digits. The system says it should be 8, and you will not have if you have not applied before.

Its my first time of receiving ITA. please advice

I was refused visiting visa in 2009, a paper based application, while creating EE profile i answered NO under "Has **** applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before? " because i do not have details on it nor UCI. please advice i have an ITA now.

You should have answered yes to the question that you have been refused in the past. If you do not remember UCI from previous refusal then you can explain the same in letter of explanation.

Any false information or misrepresentation of any kind can lead to refusal as well as 5 year ban on entry to Canada.

You can now change your answer to yes while filling post ITA forms and explain the same in letter of explanation.
