What is a UCI?sjp52 said:IT IS A QUESTION ON THE APPLICATION ABOUT MY WIFES KID. WHERE DO I FIND IT
As you know, it is an unique client identification number. To find this number, depends on your situation. If you are already inside Canada applying for sponsorship, you already have an UCI number. It is on your visitor record or work visa record, when you came into Canada. However if you are applying outland in your own country, then you won't have an UCI assigned and CIC will assign one to you when they start processing your application. So you leave the UCI field blank.sjp52 said:IT IS A QUESTION ON THE APPLICATION ABOUT MY WIFES KID. WHERE DO I FIND IT

UCI is Unique Client Identifier. You will get it when the CIC office sends you either AOR (Acknowledge or Receipt) or other official letter. Once they contact you, you might get it but it is for sure - unless they send you any official email (like AOR, application received, any document shortage information or anything else) you will not get it.sjp52 said:what does UCI MEAN
