UCI number required to fill for refiling the case

Friends, I have applied last year and my file was returned due to incomplete and CIC mail me reasons with UCI number. Do i need to mention UCI number if i am applying under FSWP 2014 ?

If you know the UCI number write it but if not sure leave it
blank.
CIC will get the UCI number because your information is already
in their database.

if your file returned from Nova Scotia ........then no need to write UCI.......they do not keep complete record of returned application .........
