My boyfriend has became a Canadian citizen since March 2009. And we are in common law relationship. When I am filling out the application, it asked some info about my common law partner, one of the question is: His UCI Number (Unique Client Identifier.)
I searched that is the # provided when apply for immigration. But he has had the citizenship so long ago, he is not even sure if he has UCI. I am wondering should i leave it blank?
