UCI Number from OWP application to Visitor Visa application, should I use it?

Hi all,
I was refused an Spousal Open Work Permit because my wife, who is starting an MBA on September first has to take a 3 month course of english. Now I want to apply for a tourist visa so I can travel with them, that is my wife and kids who already got their visas. My question is if I must use the same UCI number of my refusal letter of the OWP application on my new visitor visa application?

UCI is unique number which IRCC issue only once to any individual who came to immigration system via any method of application

You can not get another UCI as per law
