UCI number driving me CRAZY! Help

Hi,

Myself and my partner are applying for the 24 month IEC working visa which is being released this week. He has previously lived in Canda for approx 10 months on a student visa he got through USIT. He doesnt know if he was given a UCI/ Client number, we have found some of his documents from USIT but there is nothing stating UCI or Client number.

We have mailed IEC Dublin and London which we got an automated reply from both giving us no info whatsoever, we've also tried calling but just got pu on a loop of automated crap. USIT have confirmed they do not have the UCI number, there is an IEC facebook page who have said his passport number will suffice but I am not convinced.

Does anybody have any clue how we can find out if he has a UCI number?

1. If he was issued a study permit, it would have had a client id no. xxxx-xxxx, which is now the UCI no. without the - If he doesn't know it, leave it blank.
