Anyone from used UAE office to apply for Super Visa? I applied for my parents on April 28, with request to renew biometrics and submitted medicals upfront. No updates since then.
Still under "background check", while "we don't need medicals now", "you don't need biotmetrics".
They currently have a valid regular visitor visa, if that would even make a difference at all.
