You will find that many transit airports won't allow anyone travelling from India for example the UK. You have to look at the various options and take into account you must get another PCR test at each transit location and can only continue if you test negative.

Etihad still is saying May 31, but they are waiting for incoming information.
So far it's an Emirates only thing but I doubt it will be exclusive to them for long.
