UAE Entry/Exit Record --- for those with UAE Tourist VISA

I have only travelled to the UAE on a tourist visa and have never been a resident of the UAE.

During my interview, the Officier asked me to submit official record from UAE immigration regarding Entries and Exits to the UAE.

Can someone please inform me how to get this record?
