Typo in study permit extension

Hi everyone, thanks in advance for any feedback .
I wrongly spelled my daughter's last name in 2 of the 4 forms to ask for her study permit extension.
Has anyone else experienced this? I think they're going to refuse the extension for that, but is there something more I should be worried about?

just submit a webform to correct the mistake. problem solved
