Typo in Police Certificate Issued by FBI

Hi,

I have a typo in the name mentioned by FBI in the police certificate issue.

FBI wont issue a new one under the same request and is asking me to resubmit the request again. Getting a new certificate will make me go beyond the 90 day period I have after ITA.

Please advise what can I do?

May be you can mention the same in LOE? What kind of typo are you talking about?

You could submit another request and submit proof of submission (FedEx/usps receipt with tracking) with your eAPR. I don't think that it's a good idea to submit with mistaken name.

I agree with @DEEPCUR. Submitting a PCC with wrong name won't be a good idea. This typo was FBI's mistake? If yes, then they should rectify it.
