Hi friends,

I need your help .
I am ahmer , age 36.

I am B.E ( Civil ) & M.E (Information Technology) & having more then 7 years exp: in I.T bt not in
civil engineering.

My lawyer suggested me to apply on the B.E (Civil) nt on M.E (I.T) bt he has shown my ME degree
for canada immigration.

he also made a fake exp: of as a civil engineer and appplied my case of canada immigration.

i applied in 2005 still waiting & i m worrie about my case. i m feeling guilty to think that why
did i follow my lawyer , i should be straight forward for canada immigration either i get it
or not.

so any one will suggest me what to do ?

I will be gratefull to you.

I would suggest firing him and making a complaint to CIC but i don't the repercussion on you.

Can I know what country the consultant is based?

You have an option , first find out which stage ur application is ...

LEts say u still have a long wait, then withdraw this application and apply under new rules as IT worker with M.S (IT) educaiton in key focus. under new rules u will get it quickly may be within a year or so.

my suggestion is to withdraw the earlier application and if u r eligible apply again FSW category.

how to find out that on which stage my application is.
i check online then it is wrritten "in process" from last 2 years.

i also discussed with another lawyer lahore based

he told me that if u will refund ur application and if again u re-apply then again
u have to apply same on BE (Civil) as they must have ur previous record.

Perhaps PMM, Leon or BCGuy might have a better idea what to do. I wonder if CIC will be lenient on him given that it was someone else who did the misrepresentation.

and advise me that
can i withdraw my application which was applied as a civil engineer
bt can it be re-submitted on fast track as a IT professional?

If you go to the FAQ thread on this forum (part of skilled workers) and do a service3 on the first page, it will take you to a link. Go to the link. Go through the first two page and after that you have to fill in some details. For that, you need your file number. I presume you have your file number.

As for withdraw and submit, I am not sure what is possible and what is not. Best to ask the guys who know a lot.

Better with draw it and apply as a new case, i dont know whether u can get the refund or not. Why you need a lawyer to do all this. All procedure is pretty simple i would advise to do it by your self.

I will again ask question that

i have received a letter from immigrationt dept: that i can refund money.

bt my questions is that : is it possible that "i can withdraw my case which i submitted as a civil engineer
and can submit again as a I.T professions. or this is nt right decision?.

Yes you can withdraw your case and at this stage it will be wise decision as your IT falls under 38 NOC codes. I will not suggest that you inform CIC for fake experience letter just with draw that case and apply under new IT NOC. I hope you also got experience for that IT NOC code.

Dear Ahmer.

As per my knowledge CHC-Islamabad is processing cases of 2004 & above. and you have also recieved 120 days of submission of complete case it means that ur case is near to open. You may inquire by e-mail from CHC to know about the actual time lines. However they would reply you in about 15-30 days time.
So you have following options:
1- e-mail to CHC and wait for their reply, if ur case is near to open stick to ur old case,provided you have sound evidence to support your fake experience.
2- After getting response from CHC you might withdraw your previous application and lodge a fresh one but here you have to consider following points:
a-whether you qualify under the present scheme
b-if your experience of M.Sc(IT) is enough to qualify for passing marks and it must not contradict with your fake experince in last exp. As there are chances that they might cross refernce with your old application.

I have shown my exp: from 2003

if i will show my IT exp: it will be also from 2003.

what do u think can i say i was civil engineer bt my job was part time?
