type of documents that can be submitted for a refugee hearing

Hi everyone,
I know someone whose refugee hearing is coming up, and is submitting documents right now. Can he submit a usb with videos as part of the evidence he will be relying on for the hearing? He also has links to those videos which he has included as well on a piece of paper.

He can certainly do that or burn it on a dvd, but if the evidence is not in English or French, he will have to translate it.
