TWP and OWP Online Application - no confirmation email recieved

Dear All,

Please do advise me if you have experienced the same situation like I did below.

I applied TWP for myself and OWP for my husband via MyCIC online application.
(Please refer to my timeline on the side.)
MyCIC requested additional documents (Police Clearance), and after uploaded these documents yesterday,
I did not recieve any confirmation email or MyCIC Message that they successfully received these additional documents.

Based on my previous experiences, Submission Confirmation Email or Message were received less than an hour after
you have successfully signed and uploaded your documents. However, for these additional documents, 24 hours already passed by
and I haven't recieve any email or message.

Although when I view my documents list in the MyCIC website, my Police Clearances were advised as "PROVIDED"

Is there anyone in here who can advise me or has undergone the same situation?
Do you think I need to call or email CIC on this case?

The best thing I can advise you is to call the call center number and inquire about it. I know that they can check and see if your police clearance or any other attached documents were there or if theyre readable.

I applied online once and I called them to check if I have my contract attached with the application as they were again requesting for one.

im applying outside canada so the call center is not accessible for me.

Check your MyCIC account, its there at the bottom part. I received mine after 2 hours.
Since you are applying two, trv and owp, you will receive 2 confirmation letters.
As per my experience.

I already did check myCIC several times.
I keep checking it every day for any message about the receipt of my police clearance documents.
But it still doesn't show anything.

I already send emails to singapore cic but haven't receive any response.

Hi there..
I am having the exact same problem! I received a letter from mycic requesting additional documents for my application. I uploaded the documents the same day and did not receive any submission confirmation. Did you end up getting this issue sorted out? If so how long did you have to wait?
I have tried calling the call center but they dont deal with these applications apparently..
