Hi

My Cousin has married a man who was already married to another woman and have kids, now my cousin wants to apply for Canadian Immigration with her husband, as according to Canadian Law, they recognize only one marriage, but in the Application form they need the information of both spouses. Although his first wife and their kids have no intention to immigrate to Canada. My question is should my cousin (main Applicant) needs to submit her husbands first wife and kids information? Or is it unnecessary to mention it.

I would appreciate any response that could clear her confusion.

Yes he does, as his kids are dependents and CIC won't recognize the second marriage anyway.
