two UCI?

Hello everyone. We sent our outland app in July. with covid going on and the waiting times we decided we should move to Canada while the app is being processed. We figured I would apply for a working holiday visa(so I could work while waiting) and if accepted we would move. I applied for a WHV and when I entered the pool I was assigned a UCI. The problem is, when I get my AOR it will also come with a UCI.
My question is: Will they know I applied for a pool and give me the same UCI? If not, what should I do, I can't have 2 UCI

Once you are in the system they will see the first UCI you were issued, you will not have 2 of them. If you had a TRV before or any other and applied for PR your UCI would not change.
